The Splatter Coat traffic membrane system consists of a two-component, fast-setting, rapid-curing, solvent-free urethane-elastomer basecoat. It can be applied to green concrete at any thickness without gassing.Â

The topcoat consists of a very strong two-component epoxy with the slip-resistant aggregate mixed right in. The topcoat is spray-applied in a uniform splatter and cures within hours. Apply it one day and drive on it the next day. It's ideal for both new construction and re-coat applications.Â

The Splatter Coat traffic membrane system is fast becoming the new standard for traffic membrane systems. It's stronger, it's faster to install, eliminates tire screech, and offers double the warranty.

Traditional traffic membrane systems break down because the sand aggregate penetrates the soft polyurethane membrane layers. The Splatter Coat system uses a hard epoxy topcoat with the aggregate encapsulated inside, so it won't penetrate the membrane.Â
